随着信息技术的广泛应用,为社会提供文献资料和信息查询服务已不再是图书馆一枝独秀了。图书馆只有顺应形势,努力寻找和开发新的比较优势,才能在激烈的知识经济竞争中站稳脚跟,创造出图书馆服务的勃勃生机。
Along with the extensive application of information technology, library is no longer the sole service provider for querying literature and information. By complying with the situation, to finding and exploiting its comparative advantage with the keen competition in knowledgebased economy, libraries will have a sound basis and a prosperous tomorrow.
