摘要
KSIC是高校图书馆新型的信息服务形式,国内多有论著,但理论探讨居多,实践中亟待具体运作的方案。本文以KSIC实现目标为基础,着重分析其核心要素对实现KSIC的影响作用,对实施KSIC的具体途径做了切合实际的探讨。
KSIC is a new type of information service form of university library, there are many writings in the domestic, but the theoretical studies are much more than researches on practical operating projects. Basing on reaching the target of KSIC, the article analyzes the influence of the core factors to realize the KSIC, and discusses the concrete ways to carry out the KSIC.
