摘要
实施用户信用管理是促进我国图书馆事业持续发展的新举措。本文论述图书馆有效实施用户信用管理必须坚持合法性、以人为本、系统性、可操作性等基本原则,并提出相应的具体实施策略。
User credit management is new measures to promote library cause of China. The paper thinks that in the implementation of user credit management, library must adhere to the fundamental principles of legality, people-oriented, systematic, operability..Several corresponding strategies are also put forward.
