摘要
建国后公共图书馆事业经历了起伏渐进的发展历程。本文选取平均发展速度、系统构成比重等指标,从我国公共图书馆系统内外的相关组织发展、事业内部要素的纵向演进历程以及横向现状格局等角度进行综合比较剖析。在此基础上提出未来的事业发展应该在外部环境层面优化合作竞争机制;在系统结构层面科学建构均衡体系;在系统功能层面创新规划职能结构;在资源保障层面开辟多元运作模式。
This article compares the relevant organizations of public library system by selecting some indicators such as the average growth rate and the system constitutes proportion. On this basis, the article proposes future career development should optimize the cooperation and competi- tion mechanism in the external environment, build the balanced system in career construction, create the functional structure in system function, and establish multi-dimension operational mode in resources security.
