摘要
文章介绍了模块化施工组织与管理的理论思想及其在土木建筑工程中应用程序的功能，并给出了优化决策模型和遣传算法及其在FORTRAN77中的实现。
This paper introduces the theory of model- block construction organization and management and the function, of the application program in civil engineering. The optimum decision model and the genetic algorithm air presented,and they are implementedby using FORTRAN77 language.
