摘要
根据光学系统理想光学传递函数(OTF)与光瞳函数P(x,y)的关系,文章提出了一种求取光学系统调制传递函数(MTF)的数值计算方法,以解决不能解析求解异形遮拦光学系统调制传递函数的问题。利用该方法可在光学设计初级阶段就能对光学性能进行预估,其中结合具体光学系统给出了若干计算实例并与该光学系统的实际指标进行了对比,基本一致,表明该方法可以在光学详细设计前实现较准确的光学系统成像性能预估。
In this paper,the relation between the diffraction-limited OTF and the pupil function P(x,y) was given,and a numerical calculation of diffraction-limited MTF of the optical subsystem was brought forward in this paper.By this means,the diffraction-limited MTF of optical system with complex obstruction,whose pupil function was not an analytic equation,could be gotten.Therefore the performance of optical subsystem could be predicted before detail design.In the end,some examples of calculation by this means were given,and the results of some optical systems by numerical calculation were consistent with their real results.
