摘要
为了研制出发泡倍数高、粘度强的有机固化泡沫最佳配方,首先通过分析设计出树脂液、发泡剂组合和树脂液与发泡剂质量比属于3因素3水平、2项考查指标的正交试验表L9(34),分析试验数据得出最佳发泡倍数的组合为A2B3C3或者A3B3C3;最佳粘度的组合为A3B3C3,试验结果表明既要求发泡倍数高又满足粘度强的有机固化泡沫的最佳组合为A3B3C3。
In order to develop the foaming multiple to be high,viscosity strong organic solidification froth best formula,first designs the resin fluid,the foaming agent combination and the resin fluid and the foaming agent mass ratio through the analysis belongs to 3 factor 3 levels,two examination target orthogonal test tables L9(3^4). The analytical investigation data obtains the best foaming multiple the combination is A2B3C3 or A3B3C3; The best viscosity combination is A3 B3C3,the test result indicates both requests the foaming multiple to be high and satisfies the viscosity strong organic solidification foam the optimal fit is A3 B3C3.
