Numerical Simulation of Microstructure Field in Head of U71Mn Heavy Rail During Quenching Process Based on ANSYS Software

摘要 利用有限元分析软件对U71Mn重轨轨头喷水冷却过程进行数值模拟,拟合出轨头各部分温降速度曲线,并根据求得的轨头各部位实际冷却速度与各组织极限冷却速度对比结果,成功预测了轨头在该参数下喷水冷却得到的组织,对重轨轨头淬火时相关参数的选择具有一定的指导意义。 The spray cooling process of head of U71Mn heavy rail was simulated by FEM software,the curve of cooling spread was obtained. The microstructure field of the railhead was successfully predicted by the results of contrasting the actual cooling spread with the limit spread of certain phase. It is significantly valuable for the parameters selection when quenched the head of heavy rail.
