摘要
研究了以丙酮醛、甲醛、氨水及草酸铵等为原料合成药物中间体4-甲基咪唑的工艺路线,分析了反应机理,考察了pH值等因素对反应收率的影响,并用DSC、IR、GC等方法对产物进行了分析。
The technology of 4-methylimidazole, an intermediate of medicines, produced from pyruvic aldehyde, formaldehyde, ammonia water and ammonium oxalate etc was studied in this paper. The reaction mechanism was proposed. The influences of pH value etc. on the yield of product were also investigated. In addition, the product was analyzed by DSC, IR and GC etc.
