摘要
在当今社会中，计算机网络安全对于整个社会都具有极其重要的意义。当网络上运行关键性的：如银行业务，当企业的主要业务运行在网络上，当政府部门的活动正日益网络化的时候，计算机网络安全就成为了一个不容忽视的问题。本文首先阐述了网络安全概念的发展。其次，分析了几种常见的盗窃数据或侵入网络的方法。同时，从建立网络管理平台、数据加密、会谈钥匙等方面对如何完善计算机网络安全提出了自己的建议和看法，具有一定的参考价值。
In today＇s society, computer network security, security for the entire community is extremely important.
