六味地黄汤加味治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察六味地黄汤加味治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法将60例DN患者随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗,包括糖尿病饮食,低盐、低脂、优质低蛋白饮食,严格控制血压、血糖等。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用六味地黄汤内服,4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83%,对照组总有效率53%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿微量白蛋白(ALB)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)显著下降,对照组相应指标治疗后变化不明显。结论六味地黄汤能有效降低DN蛋白尿,阻断或延缓DN的进一步发展。
