摘要
本文以PEG为乳剂,研制了一种基于聚乙二醇(PEG)凝聚的触珠蛋白液相压电免疫传感器。详细考察了PEG浓度、抗体稀释度、PEG分子量及反应温度等因素对压电石英晶体传感器频移的影响,测试了响应曲线,测得传感器对Hp响应的线性范围为0.65~6.46μgml^(-1)。用一简单的方法可使晶振再生,获得重现的结果。
A liquid piezoelectric immunosensor based on the complexing reaction of agglutination of antigen and antibody-PEG complex through an immunoreaction has been developed for the determination of haptoglobin (Hp). The effect of experimental conditions such as PEG concentration, the antibody dilution ratio, the molecular weight of PEG and the reaction temperature on the frequency response were investigated. The linear range for haptoglobin by the developed method was 0. 65-6. 46μg ml 1. With a simple regeneration method devised, the crystal can be used repeatedly with acceptable rcproducibility.
