摘要
为满足生化分析仪的小型化、智能化的要求,提出一种基于连续光谱分析的微型快速救护生化仪采集系统驱动的方案。该方案基于连续光谱分析的微小型光谱仪,设计了嵌入式Linux下的采集系统模块,实现了光谱数据的采集以及对前端CCD积分时间和A/D偏置电压的动态控制。实验表明,该数据采集模块实现了对(330~770)nm范围内光谱信号的动态实时采集,具有良好的稳定性和实时性,提高了整个微型快速救护生化仪的检测精度,缩短了检测时间。
In order to meet the require of miniaturization and intelligence, this paper provides a blue print for a data acquisition system of micro rapid rescue bio-analyzer based on continuous spectrum analysis. The program designs the collection in the embedded Linux system module to obtain spectral data from hardware and control the integral time of CCD and bias voltage of A/D flexibly based on the continuous spectrum of micro-spectrometer. The results of experiments show that the data acquisition module has realized the dynamic/real-time acquisition within 330-770nm spectrum, which has good stability and high-real-time performance. It improves the detection precision of the whole micro rapid rescue bio-analyzer, while shortening the detection time.
