摘要
目的观察运脾化湿中药治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎(IRVE)的临床疗效,并观察其对心肌酶谱的影响。方法将80例IRVE患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组服用运脾化湿中药,对照组口服思密达,疗程均为3天。观察治疗前后两组患儿腹泻、呕吐、发热的变化,并测定治疗前后心肌酶谱包括血清门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)及肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)。结果治疗组临床疗效及腹泻、发热、呕吐改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组的CK-MB、CK和AST值均明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),且治疗组降低CK-MB的效果优于对照组(P<0.05);两组LDH值则较治疗前无改善(P>0.05)。结论运脾化湿中药治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎具有缩短病程、改善症状、减轻心肌损害的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of herbal decoction for invigorating the spleen to dissolve damp on infantile rotavirus enteritis （IRVE） and myocardial enzymes. Methods Eighty patients were randomized into a treated group and a control group. The former was treated with the herbal decoction which could invigorate the functions of spleen to dissolve damp, the latter treated with Smecta. The course of treatment for both groups was 3 days. The changes in the symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, and fever were ob- served and the myocardial enzymes including aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, lactic dehydrogenase （LDH）, creatine phosphokinase （CK） and CK-MB were determined. Results The effect of the treated group in stopping diarrhea, relieving fever, and stopping vom- iting was all superior to that of the control group （P〈0. 01）. CK-MB, CK, and AST of both groups were significantly decreased after treatment （P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）, and the decrease of CK-MB of the treated group was more than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. LDH of both groups was not improved compared with before treatment （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The herbal decoction for invig- orating the spleen to dissolve damp in the treatment of IRVE functions to shorten the course of disease, improve the symptoms, and reduce the damage of cardiac muscles.
