摘要
在全球化的背景下,美国对苏联进行战略遏制、经济封锁和贸易禁运,通过经济、贸易、金融和技术等手段对苏联经济进行战略挤压、围堵、控制、诱导等政策,加剧苏联经济困难并引发国内一系列问题,最终导致苏联解体,走向西方资本主义社会。
In the background of globalization,the United States keep Soviet Union under its strategies of containment,economic blockade and trade embargo,and also squeeze,control and induce Soviet Union by the means of economy,trade,finance,technology,which aggravate economic difficulties and trigger a series of problems,eventually leading Soviet Union to the disintegration towards Western capitalist society.
