微小RNA及其在泌尿系统肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是近年来在真核细胞内发现的一种对基因具有调控作用的、内源性的、非蛋白质编码的小分子RNA,主要通过与靶信使RNA(mRNA)的3’端非翻译区(3’-UTR)完全或部分互补结合,导致靶mRNA降解或转录后翻译抑制,从而调控靶基因的表达。
