摘要
数字环境下,著作权授权模式已从一对一的合同式和集体管理模式发展为授权要约、开放获取、法定许可、创作共用等诸多模式,从数字图书馆发展的角度,笔者提出出版商代理下的开放获取模式,以期在一定程度上解决数字图书馆版权问题。
The authorization model of copyright has developed from collective management to invitational authorization,open access,compensation system,legal license,creative commons,and so on.The author bases on the development of digital library,proposes the copyright authorization model of open access based on publishers agency,to solve the problem of copyright.
