摘要
通过对国内外化妆品皮肤病的发病和临床研究情况的比较来探讨进一步完善我国化妆品皮肤病监测工作的方法。经对国内外文献共３１篇进行统计分析，在致病化妆品种类上、在发病类型上、在诊断方法方面，我国目前尚无统一的诊断标准试验方法和结果评判标并建议根据我国的具体情况，对化妆品皮肤病进行深入研究，建立规范化的标准诊断体系。
How to perfect the supervise of cosmetic dermatoses in our country is the object of this review.From total 31 paper,there were 8905 patients for cosmetic dermatoses in China,832in the west and 1079 in Japan.By comparing the difference of product kinds,reaction types,dignosis criteria and standards,and clinic studies in domestic and overseas,the statistical data was analyzed.Skin care product was the most common category induced cosmetic dermatoses,not only in China but also in the West and Japan.The type of cosmetic dermatoses in China,such as cosmetic contact dermatitis,hyperpigmented cosmetic dermatosis,cosmetic cheilitis and so on were similar to Japan and much different from the West ,but it was as same as the conditions of cosmetic contact dermatitis between China and the West.Allergic contact dermatitis was the main subtype.In the condition of dignosis crieria,now there was no standard dignosis criteria,included test method,assessment scale method and others in China.The studies of cosmetic dermatoses should be improved in China,a standard dignosis system should be set up,and the serpervise of cosmetic dermatoses in our country must be legalized.
