摘要
患者女，60岁。因右前臂皮肤红肿浸润、溃疡结痂1个月，左侧头面部红肿浸润10d入院。入院前1个月，患者不明原因于右前臂皮肤出现一黄豆大小丘疹，表面红色，无瘙痒疼痛，后逐渐增大变为斑块，局部红肿浸润明显，边缘不清，压痛不明显；之后表面出现溃烂、结痂。入院前10天，患者左侧下眼睑轻微擦伤，不久同侧头面部红肿浸润，
