二尖瓣环收缩期位移评价左心室长轴收缩功能的临床应用 被引量:7

Assessment of left ventricular long-axis systolic function by mitral annulus systolic displacement:a review

摘要 随着超声心动图技术的发展以及对左心室心肌运动认识的不断深入,人们发现左心室纵向心肌纤维的舒缩导致了左室长轴的运动,即房室平面的上下运动,在左心室泵血功能中起重要作用。二尖瓣环为“心脏纤维骨架”结构,大量附着于骨架的心肌纤维纵向排列贯穿于心尖与基底部之间,纵向心肌纤维收缩导致心室腔沿长轴缩短,而这种缩短可以通过二尖瓣环位移来体现并予以准确测量。
