摘要
阐述了热丝型裂解器在使用过程中及探头温度校准方面所遇到的一些问题,提出了用熔盐法测定及校准热丝型裂解进样器探头温度的方法。
The accuracy of temperature of platinum coil pyrolyzer is influenced by the aging of platinum coil resulted from prolonged operating time. In addition, the platinum coil resistance would not be a constant when coil are changed, generally there would be more than tens′degrees of temperature errors. This paper presents the use of fused salt method to determine and calibrate the probe temperature of a platinum coil pyrolyzer, that is, according to the fact that each salt has a definite fusing point. For example, the fusing point of NaCl is 800℃, the accurate temperature of platinum coil probe can be calibrated by watching its status in quartz sample tube after starting the pyrolyzer.
