摘要
中美贸易发展迅速,虽然贸易商品结构呈现互补性,但贸易摩擦从未停止。中美贸易不平衡和中国对美贸易依靠数量来获取利润的模式是中美贸易摩擦产生的原因。美国出于政治目的和维持其技术领先地位的需要,未来将会继续采取贸易保护措施。为促进中美贸易关系的发展,中国应采取一系列与造成贸易保护的主要因素相对应的政策措施。
Sino-US trade has been developing rapidly, and trade conflicts have never stopped despite the complementary structure of goods between the two countries. The Sino-US trade disequilibrium and the mode that China＇ s export relies on quantity to get profit are the causes of Sino-US trade conflicts. For the reason of political factors and the necessity of keeping its technology advantage, the US will continue to take trade protection measures in the future. In order to promote Sino-US trade relationship, China has to take measures corresponding to the main factors that bring protection actions.
