摘要
采用XRD和TGDTA技术考察了NH4β沸石和CsCl的固态离子交换过程,并用吡啶IR和异丙醇分解反应研究了Csβ沸石的酸碱性质。结果显示Cs+离子易以极高离子交换度引入β沸石,由固态离子交换得到的Csβ具有更高的碱催化脱氢能力。
Solid state ion exchange process have been detected by XRD and TG DTA under grinding of NH 4 β with CsCl The acid base properties of Cs β zeolites have been examined by Py IR and isopropanol decomposition The results show that it is easy to exchange Cs + into β zeolite with very high exchange degree (94%) The Cs β zeolites obtained by solid state ion exchange have higher base catalytic ability of dehydrogenation
