摘要
车轮力传感器(WFT)在汽车道路试验中起着非常重要的作用,其动态特性是评价传感器的重要指标,但在国内尚缺乏研究。文中以零成本的方式,设计了WFT中的侧向力传感器的动态标定装置。用负阶跃加载的方式,进行了侧向力的动态标定,通过对试验数据进行分析,得到了传感器的传递函数。试验结果表明:用负阶跃加载的方式对WFT进行动态标定是可行的,侧向力的动态标定为其余五维力的动态标定奠定了基础。
The wheel force transducer (WFT) is very important in vehicle road test. The dynamic characters of WFT are the important parameters to estimate the transducer, but it has not been studied in China. The dynamic calibration device for lateral force of WFT was designed, with zero cost. The dynamic calibration test for lateral force was performed, by negative step loading. The test data were analyzed, and the transfer funclion was gained. The test result indicates that the negative step loading method for dynamic calibration of WFT is feasible. The success of dynamic calibration of lateral force lays the foundation for dynamic calibration of the rest 5 dimension forces of WFT.
