摘要
介绍了一种薄层色谱扫描仪的主机系统设计方法,以双高速单片机C8051F320为控制核心,主单片机控制光栅单色器选波长、移动平台扫描,辅单片机控制可编程放大电路和AD7705实现扫描信号采集;同时采用C8051F320集成的USB控制器实现了扫描仪主机与PC机的通讯。该主机系统已成功应用于薄层色谱扫描仪项目中,可满足药厂、高校、科研单位对薄层色谱分析的需要。
This paper introduced how to design the thin layer chromatography (TLC) scanner mainframe system with double C8051 F320 MCU core for control. The single-chip microcomputer controls grating monoehromator selected wavelengths and mobile platform scanning, auxiliary single-chip microcomputer controls programmable amplifying circuit and AD7705 scanning signal ac- quisition. In addition, the USB function controller integrated in C8051 F320 is adopted to solve the communications between the TLC mainframe and computer. The mainframe system has been successfully applied in TLC scanner projects, and can satisfy the pharmaceutical factory, universities or scientific research units of TLC analysis.
