摘要 设计了以虚拟仪器和PLC为基础,以水箱和锅炉为被控对象的过程控制系统。采用调用动态链接库的方式,设计了LabVIEW与PLC的串口通讯模块,实现了上位机和下位机的通讯。PLC作为下位机,负责执行上位机指令和采集系统状态信息。上位机负责读取下位机采集信号,存储并实时图形显示,对设备状态进行监控,同时提供远程访问服务。系统采用模块化设计,开发效率高,界面友好,能够满足实时监控要求,运行稳定可靠。 This paper designed a process control system based on LabVIEW and PLC to monitor water tank and boiler equipment. It used the way of calling dynamic link library files to achieve communication between LabVIEW and PLC. PLC was responsible for collecting the system state information and executed host computer instructions. PC machine received and stored the data on real-time, and at the same time it displayed the graphical on screen. PC monitored the equipment status and provided remote access services. The system uses modular design, the development is efficient and the interface is user-friendly. The system can meet the requirements and is proved to be functional properly.
