摘要
设计的基于MSP430F149单片机和角度传感器的路面车辙测试仪,能够测量横向最大车辙深度、路面不平度指标均方差2项指标。利用角度传感器的输出电压变化量,进行角度转换,再经过正弦函数几何运算求出每个采样点的凹陷深度与凸起高度。仪器已通过国家计量认证与陕西省交通厅技术鉴定,在西铜高速公路上进行测定,使用状态良好。仪器具有测量精度高、体积小、携带方便、功耗低、功能全等特点。
Pavement concavo-convex determination instrument based on MSP430F149 MCU can mainly detect two targets: the max track and unbiased variance of pavement concavo-convex. This paper calculated every track height using sine function based on the angle difference got from angle sensor. The instrument was tested and measured and authenticated by government, identified by Shaanxi Provincial Communication Department and used well in Xi'an-Tongchuan road. The instrument has many advantages, such as high precision, small volume, convenient move, low-power consume and multi-function.
