摘要
利用模糊控制理论,将DS18B20获得的温度信号传送给TA89S52,将控制信号传送给AD421,以控制相应的电磁阀工作,实现对巴氏灭茵机的温度控制。试验结果表明:该控制系统结构简单,控制高效,并能够较好地克服温度对象的纯滞后特性,控制响应时间短、超调小,可获得比传统控制方法好得多的控制效果。
The temperature signal by DS18B20 was transmitted to TA89S52; the control signal by fuzzy control theory was transmitted to AIM21 to control the corresponding solenoid valve work, so that the Pakistan antiseptic machine's temperature can be controlled. The test result indicates that this control system' s structure is simple, the control is high effective, and the temper- ature object's pure time delay characteristic can be well overcome. The control response time' is shorter, the over modulation is smaller, and better control effects can be obtained than traditional control method.
