摘要
研究不同制作条件下Si3N4陶瓷断口形貌与韧性的关系,当温度在1160~1340℃烧结时断口平面凹凸不平起伏很大,具有较好的韧性.当加入烧结助剂总量达质量百分数9%时,过多的烧结助剂会形成低熔点化合物存在于片层组织之间,降低了Si3N4陶瓷的强度与韧性.
The relationship between appearance of fracture and toughness of sintering Si 3N 4 ceramic in different making conditions is studied.When the sintering temperature is at 1 160~1 220℃,the surface of fracture is not flat and appears rise and fall.So it has good toughness over 9% in quantity percent and the surplus flux would in to lowmelting point chemical compound existing between the piece structures.So that it reduces the intensity and toughness of Si 3N 4 ceramic.
