摘要
能量回收是提高汽车运行经济性的有效方法,它受到包括运转循环在内的诸多因素的影响。针对中国城市运转循环的实际特点,探讨了乘用车运转循环的能量回收潜力、回收能量大小与车速的关系、回收功率随车速的变化特点以及回收能量的功率特性,并对一种前轮驱动的纯电动车进行了实际分析。结果表明,制动能量占所有驱动能量的很大一部分,必须根据实际的道路行驶特点,合理选择能量回收的车速区间和所需能量回收装置的功率大小,只有从回收结构的各个环节入手,才能提高能量回收效率。
Energy recovery is an effective way to improve vehicle economy,and driving cycle is one of the key factors that affect energy recovery.For Chinese city driving cycles,a study has been made in four aspects,i.e.,the effectiveness of energy recovery,the relationship between energy recovery and vehicle speed,the relationship between recovery power and vehicle speed,and the energy-power characteristic.As a case,a front-drive electric vehicle is analyzed.The simulation results indicate that braking energy occupies a large proportion of the driving energy,and that it is necessary to choose the range of vehicle speed and the capacity of recovery unit according to road characteristics.To enhance recovery efficiency,each part of recovery system must be taken into account.
