摘要
IC芯片制造对受噪声污染的数字图像恢复技术要求不断提高。提出了基于三维信息能量优化曲面造型与BP网络的IC图像噪声类型反求技术,通过噪声图像空间矢量的推导,实现图像噪声点的空间曲面造型,并建立BP网络对于噪声空间曲面造型的数学特征进行识别,达到对图像噪声类型进行类型反求的目的。
We first analyzed the requirements for noise image recovery in the process of IC manufacture and detection.A new method for IC image noise reverse determination based on three-dimensional information energy optimization modeling and BP network is presented.By deduction of space vectors of image noise,surface modeling of image noise point is achieved.Through recognition of noise surface′s mathematical characteristics by building BP network,reverse result of image noise′s type is determined.
