Determination of Trace Copper by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Flow Injection On-line Preconcentration

摘要 在流动注射分析体系中用装有黄原脂棉的微型柱对溶液中Cu^(2+)进行在线富集,用3.0 mol/L硝酸溶液洗脱柱上富集的Cu^(2+)。火焰原子吸收光谱法在线测定痕量Cu^(2+),灵敏度可提高36倍,测定的线性范围为0.2~50μg/L。用于环境水样中痕量Cu^(2+)的测定,标准加入回收率95%~103%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%,结果满意。 A flow injection on-line adsorption preconcentration flame atomic absorption spectrometry system for the determination of trace copper is developed. The water sample is adjusted to pH 5.0, and then pumped through a microcolumn packed with 80 nag of cotton cellulose xanthate on which the Cu^2+ in the sample is adsorbed. The Cu^2+ is then eluted from cotton cellulose xanthate with 3.0 mol/L nitric acid solution, and the eluted solution is introduced directly into the flame atomic absorption spectrometry. By this flow injection system, the sensitivity of the determination is raised by a factor of 36. The linear range of determination is 0.2 - 50ug/L. The method is applied to the determination of Cu^2+ in water samples, the recoveries are 95% - 103%, and the RSD are all under 5.0%.
