摘要
对转炉渣磁选后的尾渣磨矿后进行浮选实验,研究捕收剂加入量、抑制剂加入量、浮选时间、矿物颗粒解离度和矿浆pH值对钢渣硅酸盐矿物浮选的影响,通过化学组成与微观结构分析浮选效果。结果表明:在碱性(矿浆pH值在10左右)条件下用MD系列捕收剂对尾渣进行泡沫浮选(捕收剂用量0.7%、抑制剂淀粉用量2%),可以有效浮选出转炉尾渣中的硅酸盐矿物,初步实现钢渣的"分步分离",最终使钢渣全组份利用。
Flotation experiment on ladle slag after magnetic separation and grinding was made in order. Study is made on the effect of the addition of collectors and depressants and the flotation time and pH on the flotation of calcium silicate mineral of ladle slags. The flotation results were analysed by chemical composition and microstructrue. It is found that calcium silicate mineral can be separated from ladle slag under the conditions such as: pH=10, 0.7 % collectors and 2 % depressants. This study plays the foundation of the step separation and all components usage in the ladle slag.
