摘要
振荡是满应力设计中一个尚未彻底解决的难题.本文仔细分析了产生振荡的根本原因,求出了设计变量之间的应力耦合值,并用网状分解法系统级的协调优化思想来协调清应力设计变量之间的应力耦合,从而使满应力设计的振荡得到了有效的控制.几个具有代表性的算例也证明了这一算法的稳定性与先进性.
Overcoming stress oscillation is very difficult problem in Full Stress Design. The reason of stress oscillation has been discussed, the stress couples have been calculated. on the idea of the system coordinating optimization used in net decomposition, the stress couples among all design variables have been coordinated so that the oscillation has been controlled effectively. Some examples have been given to present its stability and advances.
