摘要
坡耕地是南方水土流失最严重的地类,给国民经济和人民生产生活造成巨大危害。本文借鉴种植开发沙棘资源在黄土高原水土流失治理中的成功经验,探讨了有关南方坡耕地水土流失治理的思路,即通过苎麻资源的成功开发利用,将其培育成一项"种植—经济开发利用"互相拉动促进的产业,实现生态和经济同步协调发展,从而加速坡耕地治理步伐,为创建和谐社会服务。
The severe soil and water losses from slope farmland do great harms to the local national e- conomy, production and the daily life of people. Based on the experiences from planting and development of seabuckthorn resources in the Loess Plateau, the paper put forward a thought by ramie planting in the slope farmland and further development of products to establish a ramie industry in order to realize both ecological and economic coordinative development which will speed up soil and water losses control in the area and the construction of a harmonious society.
