摘要
本文首先对中产阶层的内涵进行梳理,同时对社区参与进行概念界定。然后,通过分析社区参与的类型、特征和渠道,认为目前中产阶层应当更倾向于自发性参与,并发现中产阶层与其他居民一样,如果在整个社区参与过程不能获得利益,那么他必然会选择较少参与或不参与。无论是中产阶层作为个人参与,还是作为一个组织成员的身份参与社区事务,最终要的就是要保持参与渠道的畅通。其次,通过分析社区参与意识后发现,一般来说中产阶层的参与意识来源于其社区认同感与归属感,决定于中产阶层的社会责任意识,受制于社区整体环境包括社区公共管理职能的完善。进而,通过发现中产阶层社区参与度不高这一问题,进而阐释中产阶层社区参与不足的原因是多方面的,既有体制方面的原因,也有受原有观念、行为模式束缚的原因,还有个人层面的原因。最后,提出了解决中产阶层社区参与不足、社区参与意识淡薄的对策,即通过居民利益社区化、社区自治制度化、居民参与组织化、社区服务产业化这四个方面来培育中产阶层社区参与渠道和参与意识。
By analyzing the type of community involvement, features and channels, we find that the current middle class should be more inclined to voluntary participation. Second, the analysis found that the sense of community involvement of the middle class stems from its sense of community identity and sense of belonging. Furthermore, the lack of participation are of many reasons, including institutional ones, the original concept, the reasons for patterns of behavior constraints, as well as the individual causes. Finally, measures are proposed to solve the lack of response to weak sense of community involvement, namely, the interests of residents through community-based, community self-institutionalized residents to participate in organized, community-based service industries.
