摘要
以2-氯-6-硝基甲苯为原料,经氯化得α,α,2,6-四氯甲苯,再经水解制得2,6-二氯苯甲醛。用GC/MS及GC/IR研究了氯化过程,发现反应温度是影响氯化过程的主要因素,通过正交实验,获得较优条件下2,6-二氯苯甲醛的总收率为637%。该法具有良好的工业化前景。
This paper deals with the synthesis of 2,6-dichlorobenzaldehyde by chlorinating 2-chloro-6-nitrotoluene to form α,α,2,6-tetrachlorotoluene and then hydrolysing the chloride.From GC/MS and GC/IR,It is shown that the reaction temperture is the main factor affecting chlorination.The total yield has reached 63 7%.The method is promising for industrial application.
