摘要
研究了在对苯二甲酸乙二酯缩聚反应中催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度的影响。研究结果表明,随着催化剂用量增加,反应速度提高,PET的特性粘度、羧基含量和熔点均有所提高。延长反应时间可使PET特性粘度提高,其分子量分布明显变宽。提高反应温度则使PET的特性粘度提高,羧基含量减少,分子量分布变窄,从而改善厂PET的内在质量。
The influence of catalyst amount, reaction time and temperature on polycondensation of BHET wasstudied. Results show that reaction velocity, intrinsic viscosity of PET, carbonyl content and meltingpoint increase with the amount of catalyst. With increase in reaction time, intrinsic viscosity of PET isincreased and its molecular weight distribution is evidently widened. Increase in reaction temperature results in increase in intrinsic viscosity of PET decrease in carbonyl content and narrowing of molecularweight distribution. which improves the quality of PET.
