为了避免高校实验室精密贵重仪器设备投资购置,发生利用率低,甚至闲置的浪费现象,针对如何切实做好精密仪器申购论证工作,从思想认识、论证过程、论证内容等方面阐述了具体办法和要求.
To prevent low utilization rate and even the unused state of the precise and valuable instruments in university＇ s lab,the writer puts forward some practical ways to implement the subscribing demonstration of precise instruments,and discusses the cognizance of purchasers,the process of demonstration and the content of demonstration.
