浅议如何提高50Mn18Cr5护环钢[Mn]的收得率

摘要 50Mn18Cr5护环钢在我公司主要采用电弧炉不氧化法冶炼,该钢含[Mn]较高,达17.0%~19.0%,冶炼主要采用本钢返回+J-Mn配[Mn],[Mn]收得率的高低直接影响生产成本。提高[Mn]收得率是降低生产成本的有效途径。文中主要针对影响50Mn18Cr5钢[Mn]收得率的各种因素作简要分析。并结合生产实践,提出一些工艺改进办法,使[Mn]收得率得以提高。 The retaining ring steel 50Mn18Cr5 is smelted mainly by the EAF process without oxidation in this company, this steel contains 17.0% - 19.0% [ Mn], its melting ingredients include mainly the identical steel scraps and J- Mn used to yield the Mn elements, the yielding rate of [Mn] has a direct influence on the production cost of this steel. Increasing the yielding rate of [ Mn] is the effective way to reduce the production cost. This paper analyzed briefly the various factors influencing the yielding rate of [Mn] in the steel, and combining with the production practice, presented some methods for improving the process which increase d the yielding rate of [Mn].
