Cracking Control Technique for Concrete Foundation of Coke Tower

摘要 焦炭塔类大型设备基础在施工过程中要求混凝土一次成型,不得留置施工缝,因此混凝土一次浇筑量较大,这种大体积混凝土的浇筑极易出现裂缝,如果不加以控制,会产生严重的隐患。文章对焦炭塔基础混凝土水化热的计算和大体积混凝土施工中的主要技术难点进行了简要的阐述,提出了混凝土配合比设计、材料选用,以及混凝土浇筑、降温及测温养护的一些可供借鉴的方法。 Foundation constructions of large scale facilities such as coke tower are often met in petrochemical engineering projects.In such construction,concrete foundation needs to be formed in one time to avoid construction slots,so that the concrete volume poured in one time is large.With such construction method,the large volume concrete foundation is easy to produces lots of cracks,and it would cause severe hidden trouble if cracking control measures were not taken during the foundation construction.This paper introduces briefly the hydration heat calculation of coke tower concrete foundation and key technical matters in large volume concrete construction,brings forward some cracking control methods regarding concrete propor tion design,material selection,concrete placement,curing with temperature reducing and measuring,which can be referenced for other construction projects with large volume concrete.
