摘要
目的用肿瘤异常蛋白(tum our abmormal protein)TAP筛查恶性肿瘤达到早发现、早预防、早治疗、早控制的目的。方法对健康体检人群及门诊自愿监测者应用(TAP)筛查,对已患恶性肿瘤患者作治疗效果观察。用指端末梢血0.25微升,涂片加凝助剂处理在光机电一体化的医疗检验仪器下观察特异图像,判定结果。结果筛检2 363人,330人为阳性,阳性率13.97%,恶性肿瘤患者受检378人,阳性326人,阳性率86.25%。结论应用TAP早期在人群中筛检肿瘤,是早期发现肿瘤的有效技术,是一种简便、广谱、高效的恶性肿瘤早期诊断筛检方法,可以在全社会健康人群中初筛应用,亦可应用于恶性肿瘤疗程的观察。
Objective To screen malignant tumors by detecting tumor abnormal protein（TAP） for early detection,early treatment early treatment and early control of malignant tumors.Methods TAP was detected fro screen malignant tumor in population and for voluntary out-patients.And it was used for evaluating the treatment effect of malignant tumor patients.0.25μl fingertip peripheral blood was collected and smeared on a slide with coagulant.The result was observed by an optical-mechanical-electrical integrative equipment.Results 2 363 of people were screened.330 cases are positive and the positive rate was 13.97%.326 patients with malignant tumors were tested for TAP and the positive rate was 86.25%.Conclusion The Application of TAP to screen malignant tumor was an effective method for tumor’s early detection.The method was a simple,easy,wide ranged and efficient to screen malignant tumor in healthy population and to evaluate the treatment effect of malignant tumor patients.
