我国铝型材表面处理工艺的发展回顾及未来思考 被引量:10

Retrospect of Technology for Surface-Treatment of Aluminum Materials in China and Thinking about Future of the Technology

摘要 回顾了我国铝型材表面处理的生产发展和工艺进步。以阳极氧化工艺为重点,深入分析了我国工艺技术的特点,总结了阳极氧化等表面处理工艺的技术问题,再从环境保护、节约能源、降低消耗和提高表面处理膜品质等可持续发展的新高度,对铝型材阳极氧化等表面处理生产工艺路线和技术细节作深入再思考,进而提出了其改进意见。 A retrospect was given about the history and development of production and technology for aluminum materials in China. By highlighting anodic oxidation technology,the techno-logical features of the technology for surface treatment of Al materi-als in China were analyzed in depth,and problems associated with surface-treatment technology including anodic oxidation techniquewere summarized. Moreover,rethinking was made about the tech-nological line and technical details for production of surface treat-ment of Al materials from perspectives of sustainable developmentlike environmental protection,energy saving,consumption reduc-tion and quality improvement of surface-modified wares. Finally suggestions were provided about modification of the technology.
