摘要
应变式称重传感器的原理决定了其本身不能产生带有数字特征的输出信号,制约了它向数字化、智能化方向发展。20世纪80年代中期,美国、德国等一些企业将微处理器技术、数字补偿技术与应变式称重传感器技术相结合,研制出数字称重传感器,推动了数字称重技术的发展。本文结合国外数字称重传感器的发展思路与现状,介绍了数字称重传感器的工作原理与特点,数字称重传感器的两种实现方法,整体型与分离型数字式称重传感器的结构,数字化称重传感器用A/D数字模块的工作原理与选用方法,数字式与数字化称重传感器的制造工艺,并简要介绍了数字称重传感器的应用。
The principle of strain gauge load cell determines its own can't produce output signal with digital features, restricts it to digital, intelligent direetion development. In 1980s, enterprises in United States and Germany combined with microprocess^r technology. digital compensation techniques and strain gauge load cell technology, designed digital load cell, promoted the development of digital weighing technology. This article combines the development of foreign digital load cell and status, introduces digital load cell working principle and characteristics, two implementation methods of the digital load cell, the overall type and separated type digital load cell stnlcture, using A/D digital module working principle and chosen method of digital load cell, digital load cell manufacturing proess, and briefly deseribes the application of the digital load cell
