摘要
目的:分析单牙轮钻头的优越性,解决目前钻井业面临的问题。方法:研究了单牙轮钻头的侧切削特性、单牙轮钻头和弹塑性地层的相互作用及单牙轮钻头的热应力分布,分析了钻头结构、地层岩石特性及钻井工艺参数等因素对单牙轮钻头性能的影响。结果:指出单牙轮钻头的侧切削能力强,和岩石的接触时间可调范围大,适于在高钻压低转速状态下运行。结论:单牙轮钻头在深井、越深井、老井侧钻和小井眼钻探等方面颇有其优越性,具有广阔的发展前景。
present and in the future, the drilling mission will concentrate on deep drilling, ultradeepdrilling, sidetrack drilling and slimhole drilling. The side cutting character of mono-cone bits, the interact betweenthe bit and rock and it's thermal stress distribution are studied in this paper. At the sarne time, this paper alsoanalyzes some factors that influence mono-cone bit pefformance such as bit structure, stratigraphic property anddrilling operation paramters. From the reseaxch result, it is reached that mono-cone bit has more poWerful side-track cutting capacity and longer interact time between the bit and the rock. The mono-cone bit must have awidely prospect in the future because it can be used under low rot8Lry rate and high weight on bit.
