摘要
从静力学的角度介绍了中国船级社对渤海12号自升式平台的拖航稳性检验，并对改造后平台的拖航德性检验提出了建设。
This paper introduces the survey of towing stability of a self-elevating platform by China Classification Society. The Bohai No. 12 self-elevating platform is used as an example and some suggestions are made for the survey of towing stability of such platform after reformation.
