锁止离合器适时地工作,液力变矩器就能消除传动系中的冲击和保持高的传动效率。锁止离合器控制阀控制锁止离合器的工作状态,锁止离合器控制阀磨损和卡滞会引起锁止离合器的工作不正常,通过道路试验并使用检测仪获取锁止离合器当前状态的工作数据,以便进行锁止离合器的工作状态分析,能为故障的判断提供依据。
The hydraulic torque converter can eliminate the shock appearing in the transmission system and keep hight transmitting efficiency when the lockup clutch works in the appropriate situation. The working condition of the lockup clutch is controlled by the lockup control valve, the wear-out and sticking will make the locknp clutch work abnormal. The running data of the current working condition of the lockup clutch is acquired by the test appliances in order to analyze them, and which can supply a basic for fault diagnosis.
