摘要
采用CFD动态模拟计算分析不同针阀升程时刻燃油在喷油嘴内的流动情况以及燃油雾束的空间分布。结果显示气穴最早出现在喷孔进口面上边界,由于针阀的运动气穴区域被分成两个区域,并且一直延伸到喷孔出口。提取喷孔出口区域的速度分布、气相体积分数等数据并作为初始边界条件导入喷雾计算中,并对喷雾过程进行试验验证。试验结果和模拟计算结果显示了高度的一致性,从而验证了喷嘴内部不同的流动特性将会造成喷雾形态的差异。
The condition of fuel flowing in diesel injector and the behavior of the spray were studied by dynamic calculation in this paper. The result shows that the cavitation appears at the nozzle hole inlet edge, and the cavitation region is divided into two regions due to the needle valve movement, and which is distributed to the nozzle exit. The transient data of spatial distributions of velocity, void fraction rate, etc. at the nozzle exit were extracted. These output data were transferred to the spray calculation. The calculation results were compared with the results of the measurement data of spray. Predicted spray shape showed good agreement with the experimental data.
