摘要
高校图书馆的发展要实现资源节约,必须充分利用文献资源。现阶段,我国高校图书馆文献资源的利用低效问题仍比较严重,主要源于文献资源配置存在重藏轻用、重量轻质、重全轻特和重物轻人的问题。要提高文献资源利用效率,高校图书馆应采取措施,努力实现文献采购的有效性、文献流动的充分性、文献利用的共享性、文献服务的优质性。
It is essential that a college library practice thrift and make full use of its resources. The present problem of low utilization of the resources is revealed in the following aspects as a large collection of little use, a large quantity of low quality, an emphasis on the completeness without uniqueness.
