摘要
目的探讨下颌骨大型缺损的修复问题。方法采用下颌骨支架连接骼骨修复下颌骨6．ocm以上的大型缺损，与常规植骨进行回顾性对照。结果本组方法取得了修复成功率高，义齿镶复时间早，平均住院日明显缩短的效果。结论本组方法是一种简便易行的下颌骨大型缺损的修复方法。
Objective: To study the reopr of the large defect of mandible. Methods: Large defects of mandible(ahave 6 .0cm )were repaired by using mandible frsine connected with ilium-grafting and a retrospective comparation was mads between it and routine bene -grarting. Results: The method had effects of higher success rate, earlierdental prosthesis and short time in bospital. Conclusion: The metha is simple and easy to carry out
